Terms of use
Short terms for this website, the room builder and our quotes. South African law applies.
Room builder and design package
- The builder is paid up front: you pay the package fee for one tier (shown in rand before you pay, through PayFast) and receive an access code by email. Unless it says otherwise, fees exclude VAT.
- One payment covers one room design for that tier. There is no time limit to build; once you finalise, the design is delivered and locked, so download your design pack at that point.
- If you later build with Demetron, the package fee is credited against the design fee on your quote, as stated on the builder page at the time you buy.
- The package is a digital product delivered when you finalise your design. It is for your own use and may not be resold.
Budgets are indicative
Budgets and prices in the builder are indicative only, accurate to about ±25%, and are not an offer. Supplier prices, exchange rates and availability change. Heating, cooling and electrical work is shown as a load schedule; a registered electrician issues the certificate of compliance, and air conditioning and power are done by partner installers.
Quotes
We give a fixed quote only after a site visit. A quote states its own validity period and payment terms. Nothing on this site binds us to supply at the price shown.
Krasis kits and Rhiza nutrients
Kit and nutrient prices, once the shop opens, include VAT where stated. Rights of return and cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 apply to consumer purchases.
Engineering and agronomy information
Designs and figures are engineering estimates from a calculation model. Confirm them against your own site, water analysis, local by-laws and the licences your crop requires (including SAHPRA where applicable). Cannabis cultivation in South Africa is regulated; using this site does not give you a licence or permission to grow.
Liability
We take care that the site is accurate but give no warranty that it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative figures or from using the site.
