Build your grow room, step by step.

1 · Tier and room

2 · Benches and light

Light intensity at the canopy (PPFD, µmol/m²·s). Nanolux bar fixtures: we change the number of bars per fixture to hit it, then dim to the exact target.

3 · Plants and pots

4 · Air conditioning and dehumidifier

Sized from 12 monthly design days for your site, slightly oversized (AC +15%, dehumidifier +10% on derated output), then the model runs again with the chosen units to confirm they hold set point. Daikin inverter mini splits and Quest dehumidifiers. Bigger rooms move to ducted AC with reheat.

5 · CO₂ and air

Sealed room, cylinders outside, a regulator with solenoid that the controller pulses, and a perforated tube loop above the lights. We size the cylinders, tube and holes from the plant uptake, leakage and a daily purge, then check the ramp, the cylinder life and that every hole delivers evenly. The purge fan and carbon filter come with every room.

6 · Irrigation

Pump type

The feed pump is picked from the duty and the DAB pump curves: a centrifugal pump with an auto-restart pressure controller (0.37 kW) for small rooms, or a variable-speed Esybox that holds constant pressure. Both are available in the Krasis shop.

Injected batch is our Spaceship train: RO tank, transfer pump, filters and A/B Dosatron injectors fill a batch tank, a feed pump sends it through a disc filter to the zone valves, with pH and EC probes on the feed. Inline puts the injectors on the feed line. Hand-mixed batch is the simple kit route. Pumps are picked from the piped duty with all zones open.

7 · Controls

TrolMaster. Tier 1 for Home and Craft (Hydro-X, Hydro-X Plus), Tier 2 for Pro (Hydro-X Pro). Temperature, humidity and CO₂ device slots are counted; if your room needs more than Tier 1 holds, it moves up.

8 · Your design package

Included: layout and 3D view, light plan with bar counts and dimming, lighting circuits and cable runs, climate sizing with the 12-month check, CO₂ plan with cylinder, tube and loop sizing, irrigation train with pipework schedule and pump duties, controls schedule, electrical load schedule, full BOM with indicative costing, and the verification report.
